VERSA is an audio/visual collective based in Guelph ON. For Holy Smokes, founding member and multidisciplinary artist Monika Hauck will be creating a responsive projection installation to elevate the experience of performances at the festival. Hauck uses a mix of analog inputs and digital hardware to create abstract digital landscapes and environs that blur your sense of space and transports you to an alternate dimension. Hauck is a graduate from the Studio Art Program at the University of Guelph and has created installations with VERSA for AGO First Thursdays, Night//Shift, Camp Wavelength, Long Winter, Kazoo! Fest & Grickle Grass.
